Learning handstand properly is not easy. It requires strength, flexibility, balance and technique. And a strong enough focus to combine those all at the same time. But it's hard to train them all at the same time. Especially if you don't have much time.This app contains a large number of exercises that you can incorporate into your yoga practice, fitness routine, or at other moments where you have 5 - 10 minutes to spare. You can do these exercises individually or combined into the training sessions that are also included in the app.And so, every time you do the exercises from this app you'll get your body one step closer to doing a beautiful handstand. Putting the app together cost me quite a lot of time and there's also some money involved to get an app like this online.
